Job summary

Definity is seeking a co-op student to support sustainability, inclusion, diversity, equity and accessibility initiatives. Reporting to the Senior Sustainability Integration Manager, you will work with internal stakeholders on climate project deliverables, coordinate employee engagement and inclusion efforts, and assist with grant administration.

The role offers hands-on experience in data analysis, stakeholder collaboration, and community investment activities, with opportunities to contribute

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a degree in Sustainability, Environment, Community Development, Business, or related.
• Passion for shaping a more sustainable, connected, and equitable world.
• Ability to collect, organize, and analyze data using Excel.

Responsibilities

• Support sustainability and IDEA initiatives with internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate climate project deliverables and employee engagement.
• Assist with grant administration and data analysis to identify social impact themes.
