Job summary

Definity offers a Winter 2027 co-op placement focused on community investment, inclusion, and sustainability initiatives. You will support climate project deliverables, grant administration, and data analysis to identify social impact themes and trends.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, you will build relationships, champion ideas, and contribute to business goals in a collaborative team environment, with a flexible hybrid work arrangement.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a degree in Sustainability, Environment, Community Development, Business, or related.
• Passion for shaping a more sustainable, connected, and equitable world.
• Ability to build strong relationships and champion new ideas.
• Strong communications skills (written/verbal).
• Ability to collect, organize, and analyze data using Excel.
• Results oriented with project management skills and commitment to meeting deadlines.
• Team player but also feel comfortable working independently.

Responsibilities

• Support community investment, IDEA and sustainability initiatives under the Senior Manager, Community Investment and Social Impact.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to assist with climate project deliverables.
• Coordinate employee engagement and inclusion initiatives and assist with grant administration and data analysis to identify social impact themes and trends.

About Us

The hourly compensation for the role starts at $22.50 per hour and will increase based on factors including but not limited to, skills, education, experience, and the recommended rates as set by the respective educational institution.
