Qualifikationen

• Experience navigating software applications required (screen access, information search and data entry)
• Accurate typing of 40 w.p.m.
• Working knowledge of and familiarity with registration and booking procedures preferred.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, communication (written and verbal), analytical, attention to detail, problem solving skills and able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and utilize good judgement
• Must be able to work independently and in a team environment.
• Excellent attendance record.
• Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills, aligning with our mission and values.
