Job summary

Altis is seeking an experienced Lead Analyst, IT Security to join our Information Technology team in Ottawa. You will lead enterprise Identity and Access Management initiatives, ensuring secure, scalable solutions and reliable operations across mission-critical systems.

In this leadership role, you will mentor Senior Analysts, collaborate with architects and product stakeholders, and shape IAM strategy while maintaining strong security posture and policy enforcement in a bilingual environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive experience in Identity and Access Management, cybersecurity, or a related field, including at least 5 years delivering enterprise IAM solutions.
• University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong experience with IAM concepts including RBAC, ABAC, identity lifecycle management, access certification, and policy enforcement.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, implementation, and ongoing enhancement of enterprise Identity and Access Management solutions.
• Oversee a team of Senior Analysts, providing technical leadership, mentoring, work prioritization, and guidance on solution design.
• Collaborate with architects, product managers, and business stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable IAM solutions aligned with organizational standards.
• Manage system testing, production deployments, performance monitoring, and risk mitigation activities across multiple projects.
• Evaluate new platform capabilities, recommend improvements, and ensure adherence to security standards and development best practices.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues while supporting continuous system performance, documentation, and operational excellence.

Skills and Qualifications

• Strong experience with IAM concepts including RBAC, ABAC, identity lifecycle management, access certification, and policy enforcement.
• Hands-on experience with IAM technologies including SSO, MFA, PAM, Saviynt, SAML, OAuth, OIDC, LDAP, SCIM, APIs, middleware, automation, SQL, and Oracle.
• Demonstrated leadership experience mentoring technical teams, managing priorities, and delivering complex enterprise initiatives.
• Excellent analytical, communication, relationship-building, and change management skills in both English and French.
