Job summary

LeverageTek Staffing Solutions seeks a Bilingual Senior IAM Analyst (Saviynt) for a permanent, full-time role in Ottawa. The successful candidate will work 3 days per week on-site at the customer headquarters with potential for more on-site days in the future.

You will lead a team of three Senior IAM Analysts, serve as the Saviynt expert in a large-scale, 300,000+ identity environment, and own end-to-end identity lifecycle processes and Saviynt integrations.

Qualifications

• Saviynt Enterprise Identity Cloud in a production environment.
• Deep expertise in Identity Governance and Administration including joiner/mover/leaver, access certifications, RBAC.
• Full professional bilingualism in English and French (mandatory).

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of three Senior IAM Analysts, providing guidance and development.
• Serve as the primary hands-on Saviynt expert for a large-scale production environment with 300,000+ identities.
• Manage end-to-end identity lifecycle including joiner, mover, leaver workflows.
• Design, develop, and maintain Saviynt integrations, connectors, and onboarding workflows.
• Coordinate with an external MSP and assume ownership of technical implementations.
• Translate HR and university service requirements into technical IAM designs and solutions.
• Support day-to-day IAM operations including access requests, reviews, certifications, and entitlements.
• Enforce RBAC, segregation of duties, and access governance standards enterprise-wide.
• Troubleshoot and maintain a complex production IGA environment.
• Define and document IAM standards, designs, and implementation processes.

Job description

LeverageTek is actively seeking a Bilingual Senior Identity and Access Management Analyst (Saviynt) for a permanent, full-time position with its Ottawa-based customer.

Work Location

The successful candidate will be required to work 3 days per week on-site at the customer headquarters in downtown Ottawa.

**Please note that the organization may be going to more than 3-days a week onsite in future.

Key Tasks

• Lead and mentor a team of three Senior IAM Analysts, providing technical guidance, oversight, and professional development
• Serve as the primary hands-on technical expert for Saviynt Enterprise Identity Cloud in a large-scale, production-grade environment managing 300,000+ identities
• Manage end-to-end identity lifecycle processes including joiner, mover, and leaver workflows
• Design, develop, and maintain application integrations, connectors, and onboarding workflows within Saviynt
• Coordinate with an external managed services provider and progressively assume ownership of technical implementations
• Collaborate with the IAM Product Manager to translate business requirements from HR, faculties, and university services into technical designs and solutions
• Support day-to-day IAM operations including access requests, user access reviews, certifications, and entitlement governance
• Enforce RBAC, segregation of duties, and access governance standards across the enterprise
• Troubleshoot and maintain a complex, production IGA environment
• Define and document IAM standards, technical designs, and implementation processes

Key Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on experience with Saviynt Enterprise Identity Cloud in a production environment
• Deep expertise in Identity Governance and Administration including joiner/mover/leaver processes, access certifications, RBAC, and segregation of duties
• Full professional bilingualism in English and French (mandatory)

Qualifications

• Experience integrating Saviynt with enterprise platforms such as Workday, PeopleSoft, and Microsoft 365 / Azure AD
• Demonstrated experience leading or mentoring IAM technical teams
• Strong ability to translate business requirements into technical IAM documentation and designs
• Experience in large-scale identity environments (100,000+ identities preferred)
• Familiarity with managed services coordination and vendor management in an IAM context
• Post-secondary education in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• IAM, cybersecurity, or Saviynt-related certifications considered an asset

Compensation $115,000 – $120,000 annually This is an existing position vacancy.
