Job summary

Altis Technology seeks a Lead Analyst, IT Security to drive enterprise IAM strategy in a large public sector environment. You will lead a technical team, partner with architects and product leaders, and ensure secure, scalable IAM solutions across critical systems.

You will mentor Senior Analysts, guide solution design, and oversee deployments while maintaining security standards and best practices in a bilingual English/French setting.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive experience in Identity and Access Management, cybersecurity, or a related field, including at least 5 years delivering enterprise IAM solutions.
• University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong experience with IAM concepts including RBAC, ABAC, identity lifecycle management, access certification, and policy enforcement.
• Hands-on experience with IAM technologies including SSO, MFA, PAM, Saviynt, SAML, OAuth, OIDC, LDAP, SCIM, APIs, middleware, automation, SQL, and Oracle.
• Proficiency with programming and scripting languages such as Java, JavaScript, Python, Node.js, and PowerShell.
• Demonstrated leadership experience mentoring technical teams, managing priorities, and delivering complex enterprise initiatives.
• Excellent analytical, communication, relationship-building, and change management skills in both English and French.

• Troubleshoot complex technical issues while supporting continuous system performance, documentation, and operational excellence.
