Job summary

Quarry Consulting Inc seeks an Identity & Access Management Lead Analyst / Security to design, develop, and manage IAM solutions supporting business objectives in Ottawa. You will lead in planning, design, and implementation across complex environments.

Ideal candidates bring 7+ years in IAM, strong knowledge of RBAC/ABAC and IAM protocols, plus experience in platform engineering. The role is partially onsite in Ottawa with hybrid flexibility.

Qualifications

• 7 years of experience in identity & access management (IAM), security, or related area.
• 5 years of experience in solution development, platform engineering, and implementation.
• Strong understanding of IAM concepts including access certification, RBAC, ABAC, identity lifecycle management, and policy enforcement.

Role:

Identity & Access Management Lead Analyst / Security

Type:

Perm Employment, 3X a week onsite in Ottawa ON

Responsibilities:

• Designs, develops, implements, integrates, tests and manages solutions to support the Identity and Access Management (IAM) business objectives.
• Involved in all phases of systems analysis, both the planning of system development and the technical design.
• Provide leadership and guidelines in the implementation of solutions, ensuring the use of best practices while adhering to established University architectural standards.

Must Haves:

• 7 years of experience in identity & access management, security, or related area
• 5 years of experience in solution development, platform engineering, and implementation
• Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Strong understanding of IAM concepts, including access certification, RBAC, ABAC, identity lifecycle management, and policy enforcement
• Extensive experience designing end-to-end business system solutions in a complex application and technology environment.
• In-depth knowledge of IAM protocols and standards such as SAML, OAuth, OIDC, LDAP, and SCIM
