Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years in IAM or IT security roles.

IAM Solution Architect / Technical Lead Role Summary Seeking an experienced IAM professional to design, implement, and support enterprise Identity and Access Management solutions across hybrid and cloud environments. The role combines hands-on technical leadership, solution architecture, team mentorship, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement IAM solutions covering identity lifecycle management, RBAC, ABAC, SSO, MFA, and PAM.
• Lead and mentor technical team members while planning and assigning technical work.
• Partner with architecture, security, and product teams to align solutions with enterprise IAM strategies.
• Oversee testing, fit/gap analysis, migrations, performance validation, and production implementations.
• Troubleshoot complex IAM and security issues and provide technical guidance to stakeholders.
• Evaluate platform enhancements, integrations, and customization requirements.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies throughout the solution lifecycle.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in IAM, IT Security, or a related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in IAM solution development, engineering, and implementation.
• Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong knowledge of identity lifecycle management, access certification, RBAC, ABAC, and policy enforcement.
• Hands-on experience with SAML, OAuth, OIDC, LDAP, and SCIM.
• Experience with enterprise IAM platforms such as Saviynt or similar solutions.
• Strong programming/scripting experience with Java, JavaScript, Python, Node.Js, or PowerShell.
• Experience with APIs, middleware, SQL, and Oracle databases.
• Experience with PAM and certificate management solutions.
• Strong leadership, mentoring, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• French and English bilingual proficiency is an asset.
