Job summary

Maplesoft Group, an SEB Company, is seeking a Bilingual Technical Design Lead for Identity & Access Management in Ottawa. You will guide the IAM program, design and implement solutions, and mentor a team of Senior IT Security Analysts.

You will manage identity lifecycle, RBAC/ABAC, access governance, and security policy enforcement while collaborating with stakeholders across the organization to deliver IAM initiatives in cloud, hybrid, and on-prem environments.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in IAM, cybersecurity, or related fields.
• 5+ years designing, developing, and implementing enterprise tech solutions.
• Strong IAM concepts knowledge: lifecycle management, RBAC/ABAC, access certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, implementation, and support of enterprise IAM solutions.
• Mentor a team of Senior IT Security Analysts.
• Manage identity lifecycle, access governance, RBAC/ABAC, and policy enforcement.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver IAM projects and enhancements.
