Job summary

LMI Technologies seeks a results-driven Technical Recruiter to support accelerated growth with a focus on candidate experience and partnering with hiring managers. You will drive full-cycle recruitment across global tech roles, enhance sourcing strategies, and maintain data in the ATS to deliver strong pipelines.

Hybrid role based in Burnaby, BC; preferred local candidates able to work in the office 2–3 days a week.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of full-cycle recruitment in a high-volume tech environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering discipline or equivalent asset.
• Ability to assimilate complex recruitment requirements quickly.
• Experience recruiting for software/vision engineering in different countries.
• In-house recruiter background with strong sourcing and lead generation.
• Experience using an ATS to source and manage candidates.
• Excellent negotiation and influencing skills for top tech talent.
• Strong social media sourcing and innovative recruiting methods.
• Technical and business aptitude with understanding of social recruitment tools.
• Detail-oriented with time management and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal teams to identify and hire candidates.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment across locations globally across technical disciplines.
• Develop and implement sourcing initiatives to build pipelines.
• Source active and passive candidates via networking and other channels.
• Maintain candidate data in the ATS and drive process improvements.
