Job summary

Randstad North America in the Greater Toronto Area is seeking a Recruitment Consultant specializing in Skilled Trades to drive B2B growth, build partnerships with plant managers and HR leaders, and source licensed trades professionals.

The role blends client visits with in-office days, offering a competitive base salary plus a lucrative bonus plan and clear growth paths within Randstad University and the wider Randstad network.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of proven business development and recruitment experience.
• Experience recruiting or selling within Skilled Trades / Industrial Staffing in the GTA.
• Willingness to work in-office at least 2 days a week and visit client sites.

Responsibilities

• Drive B2B growth by prospecting and pitching workforce solutions to industrial clients in the GTA.
• Build high-value partnerships with plant managers, HR leaders, and operations directors.
• Source licensed trades professionals (Electricians, Millwrights, Welders, CNC Machinists) for client accounts.
• Close and negotiate pricing and margins to maximize ROI on solutions.
• Deliver results by hitting key performance metrics using sourcing tech and personal outreach.
