In this hybrid role, you identify client prospects, build relationships with hiring managers, conduct outbound outreach, and place top trades talent.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales, business development, and full-cycle recruitment experience within the staffing industry.
• Direct, hands-on experience recruiting or selling within the Skilled Trades market.
• Reliable access to a personal vehicle to visit client sites across the GTA.
• Strong history of being the best at whatever you have done in the past.
• Prior experience working in a team-oriented and fast-paced organization.
• Track record of delivering results in a metrics-driven environment.
• Passion for results, resilience, self-confidence, and the desire to do an exceptional job.

Responsibilities

• Develop strong relationships with hiring managers via phone, text, email, social media, in-person.
• Execute the activities that will gain results (lots of outbound cold calls, virtual, and on-site client meetings).
• Manage full-cycle recruitment for skilled trades, including proactive sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing top technical talent.
