Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end repair and field service orders.
• Prepare and issue work packs with technical details.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to develop repair scopes.
• Create cost estimates and detailed scopes for proposals.
• Plan and schedule repair activities with teams and vendors.
• Review jobs ensuring all documentation is complete.
• Prepare Manufacturer’s Data Records for each job.
• Communicate with customers, providing status updates.
