Job summary

Resolute Workforce Solutions in Richmond Hill, ON, is seeking a Project Controls Coordinator to support project controls for Syntaris's healthcare division. Hybrid role with 4 days in office and 1 day remote per week in Richmond Hill, Ontario.

The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years' experience in project coordination or controls, a college diploma or university degree, and strong MS Office skills. Effective written communication and meticulous attention to detail are required to drive accurate

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in project coordination, administration, or project controls in engineering, construction, or manufacturing.
• College diploma, university degree, or equivalent experience in business, construction management, or project management.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written communication skills, including meeting minutes, action logs, and status updates.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Able to work independently with guidance and escalate issues when needed.

Responsibilities

• Support project progress tracking through meetings, email follow-ups, and regular team updates.
• Maintain project trackers, action logs, status reports, and other project control tools.
• Support the change management process and assist with cost tracking, actual vs budget updates, and forecast inputs under the direction of the Project Manager.
• Support preparation of project and portfolio status reports for internal and client stakeholders.
• Help ensure project information is accurate, organized, and available to support decision-making.
