Job summary

Houle Electric Canada is seeking a highly organized Project Coordinator to join our Project Controls team at the New Surrey Hospital and Cancer Centre Project site office. You will support scheduling, data management, document control, and KPI tracking to keep projects on track.

Collaborating with the Project Controls team, schedulers, project managers and superintendents, you will manage multiple priorities, ensure adherence to processes, and contribute to continuous improvement in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• High School Diploma.
• 2+ years of project coordination/administration experience in construction project controls.
• Proficiency with MS Office; Procore/AutoCAD/Accubid/MS Project are assets.
• Experience with document control, file management, scheduling, and data entry.
• Highly organized with attention to detail and strong teamwork and communication.
• Ability to read electrical/construction drawings is a plus.
• Electrical engineering degree/diploma or Electrician TQ is considered an asset.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional administrative support and customer service to stakeholders.
• Assist Project Controls with scheduling, constraint tracking, reporting, photo documentation, and on-site validation.
• Ensure consistency with company processes, procedures and standards.
• Assemble asset lists and update KPI and estimate spreadsheets.
• Conduct on-site survey walks and produce progress reports.
• Monitor reports and documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Train and coach project team members as needed.
