Job summary

Houle Electric Canada in Burnaby, BC is seeking a Project Coordinator to join our Project Controls team on the New Surrey Hospital and Cancer Centre Project site office. You’ll support scheduling, documentation, and KPI tracking to keep projects on track.

Ideal candidates are highly organized, detail-oriented, and collaborative, with 2+ years in project coordination within construction. The role offers hybrid work options and a competitive compensation package.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of project coordination experience in construction project controls.
• High proficiency in MS Office; Procore, AutoCAD, Accubid, MS Project are assets.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and data/documents.
• Read electrical/construction drawings is an asset.
• Team player with strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide admin support and customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
• Support Project Controls with scheduling, tracking, reporting and on-site validation activities.
• Maintain project data, KPI and estimate spreadsheets.
• Conduct on-site surveys and progress reviews; manage distribution schedules.
• Ensure adherence to company processes and train team members as needed.
• Monitor reports for accuracy and compliance with requirements.
