Job summary

eurOptimum display Inc. is seeking a Project Coordinator in Toronto for hybrid work (3 days in office). You will manage day-to-day requirements on key accounts and coordinate all phases from quotations to final installation, ensuring service standards and client satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in project coordination, a relevant degree, and strong AutoCAD/Excel skills, plus experience with CRM systems like NetSuite.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in a Project Assistant/Coordinator role with strong customer service.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent with focus in Project Management, Interior Design or Architecture is advantageous.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills; multi-tasking ability.
• Knowledge of drawings, floor plans, manufacturing processes and materials.

Responsibilities

• Execute full-cycle project coordination including design, manufacturing details, installation planning and after sales service.
• Assist quoting and estimating by gathering information, specifications and documents; identify labor/material/time needs.
• Provide high level customer service to stakeholders and ensure client needs are satisfied.
• Manage high profile clients and projects and maintain organized paperwork.
• Cultivate long-term relationships with external and internal clients.
