Job summary

Houle is seeking a highly organized Project Coordinator to join the Project Controls team for the New Surrey Hospital and Cancer Centre Project site office. You will coordinate data, plans and documents, working closely with schedulers, managers and superintendents to keep information accurate and accessible.

This role emphasizes organization, dependability, and collaboration in a dynamic project environment that supports learning and growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 2+ years of project coordination or related experience in construction project controls.
• Proficiency with MS Office; experience with Procore, AutoCAD, Accubid, MS Project is an asset.
• Experience with document control and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional admin support and customer service to stakeholders.
• Assist project controls with scheduling, constraint tracking, reporting, photo documentation, and on-site validation.
• Follow established company processes, procedures, and standards.
• Assemble asset lists and update KPI and estimate spreadsheets.
• Conduct on-site surveys, performance reviews, and manage distribution schedules.
• Monitor reports and documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Train and coach project team members as needed.
