Job summary

Altis Technology is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support retail store operations for a leading Canadian retailer. You will handle urgent orders, inquiries, and coordination across distribution centres, logistics, and internal partners to keep stores running smoothly.

The role offers a hybrid schedule with four days in-office and Fridays remote, along with on-site parking and access to an on-site gym. Strong English skills are required; French proficiency is a strong asset.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in customer service, call centre operations, order management, dispatch, logistics, or a related field.
• Experience using Microsoft Excel and Access, with Power BI considered an asset.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; bilingual ability is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to approximately 2030 daily store inquiries through phone and email, providing timely, professional support.
• Coordinate emergency orders to help stores access critical inventory during urgent situations.
• Investigate inventory, shipment, and billing inquiries, collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues.
• Navigate multiple systems to track requests, enter orders, and provide accurate updates.
• Prioritize competing demands while maintaining organized records and delivering excellent service.
