Qualifications

• Have supply chain and logistics experience.
• Have an intermediate knowledge of Excel.
• Have good communication skills.
• Be bilingual (French-English).
• Have a strong knowledge of SAP.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily open orders, shipment error corrections, route guides, and manually dispatch carriers; communicate delivery plans to customers.
• Validate carriers meet capacity and customer delivery requirements.
• Establish corrective actions with carriers, handlers, and vendors daily.
• Serve as point of contact for carriers, handlers, and customers regarding status, issues, or performance.
• Coordinate solutions to daily transportation/logistics issues with internal and external teams to ensure on-time deliveries and KPI achievement.
• Perform analyses such as cost comparisons and network optimization reports.
• Measure, manage, and report on performance against KPIs.
• Assist in obtaining signed bills of lading for proof of delivery inquiries.
• Assist with freight invoice discrepancies and freight claim issues.
