Randstad Canada is seeking a Logistics Coordinator in the Dollard-Des-Ormeaux area. The role focuses on coordinating shipments from Latin America and handling last mile logistics for imports, while liaising with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs authorities.

You will need to be fluent in English and French, excel in communication, and manage multiple tasks in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Hybrid work is available, with benefits and a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and French (written/spoken).
• Experience with English-speaking clients/partners outside Quebec on a regular basis.
• Great communicator in person, Teams, telephone and email.
• Creative problem solver.
• Confident and assertive when needed.
• Flexible
• Organized and team player in a collaborative environment.
• Ability to work independently and in a team; able to handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to prioritize many tasks.
• Proficient with Excel/Outlook/Word; SAP experience considered an asset.
• Comfortable with technology and online platforms/EDI.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate shipments from Latin America, working with suppliers and freight forwarders.
• Manage last mile logistics for import shipments (ocean reefer containers).
• Follow up on customs and FDA releases.
• Ensure smooth cargo flow to customers and address issues with service providers.
• Other tasks as required
