The role requires 2-3 years in call centre or customer service, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and proficiency with MS Office. Bilingual English/French is an asset, and there is a 1-year contract with growth potential.

$22.50/hr (English) | $24.00/hr (Bilingual)

Hybrid (Mon-Thu in office, Fridays remote)

About the Role

We\'re seeking a customer-focused Dealer Order Specialist to support retail store orders, investigate delivery issues, process emergency requests, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound order and delivery inquiries.
• Investigate missing, damaged, or delayed shipments.
• Process emergency orders and provide order updates.
• Resolve invoice and order discrepancies.
• Coordinate with transportation, distribution, and supply chain teams.
• Navigate multiple systems while maintaining accurate records.

Requirements

Schedule

• Monday-Friday: 9:00 AM - 5:15 PM
• One-week afternoon rotation every 6 weeks (1:45 PM - 10:00 PM, WFH)
• Rotating weekends (9:00 AM - 6:00 PM, WFH)
• Friday and Monday off when scheduled for weekend work
