Job summary

Recruiting In Motion - Eastern Ontario is seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative (English/French) for our Aurora, Ontario team. This full-time, permanent role offers a hybrid arrangement (2 days on-site, 3 days remote) with initial on-site training.

You will respond to inquiries from retail stores and internal teams, investigate order and delivery issues, and coordinate with cross-functional groups to resolve problems while maintaining KPIs and accurate records.

Qualifications

• Fluent in French and English, with professional communication skills
• Completed post-secondary education
• Minimum 2 years of relevant customer service experience
• Proficient with MS Office, especially Excel
• Experience with CRM/order management/inventory systems is an asset
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage priorities

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service in French and English by phone and email to stores and central office teams
• Investigate questions about orders, shipments, and store eligibility
• Review store information across systems to identify and resolve issues
• Support sales orders from entry through warehouse fulfillment and delivery
• Coordinate with warehouse and internal teams to address discrepancies
• Document customer communications, resolutions, and escalations accurately

Our client is a nationally recognized Canadian leader in retail marketing services, print production, and campaign fulfillment, supporting some of Canada's most established retail and consumer brands. They are seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join their Aurora-based team. This position supports retail stores and marketing programs by responding to inquiries, investigating order and delivery issues, and coordinating with internal teams to resolve customer concerns.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service in French and English by phone and email to retail stores and central office teams
• Investigate questions about marketing materials, campaign shipments, order status, and store eligibility
• Use multiple systems to review store information, inventory, order history, and campaign details to identify and resolve issues
• Support sales orders from entry through warehouse fulfillment and delivery, including shipment tracking
• Coordinate with project management, warehouse, and internal support teams to address discrepancies and customer requests
• Record customer communications, resolutions, and escalations accurately in tracking systems
• Identify recurring problems, document solutions, and meet customer service KPIs and service-level expectations
• Prioritize multiple customer requests while maintaining responsive, accurate service

Qualifications

• Fluent in both French and English, written and spoken, with professional communication skills in both languages
• Completed post-secondary education
• Minimum 2 years of relevant customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn and navigate multiple business systems; proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Experience or familiarity with CRM, order management, inventory systems, or online portals
• Ability to investigate discrepancies, interpret order quantities and tracking information, and solve problems logically
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, professionalism, and ability to manage competing priorities
• Experience in supply chain, logistics, distribution, order management, print, or promotional products is an asset
