Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced MEP Quantity Surveyor/Cost Consultant to join a growing team in Canada. You will lead cost estimation and cost control across various asset classes, working independently and with the team to deliver value for clients.

The role includes market research, cost reporting, and maintaining strong client relationships while supporting business development efforts. A hybrid work approach is offered with a strong emphasis on professional growth and inclusion.

Qualifications

• 4-5 years of MEP estimating experience, preferably in real estate.
• Strong cost estimation, cost planning and analysis skills.
• Ability to lead and collaborate with clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Mechanical/Electrical cost estimates for Canada-wide asset classes.
• Support business development through market research and proposals.
• Lead client and consultant interactions with a focus on cost management.
