Turner & Townsend is a global professional services firm seeking a Cost Consultant in Canada to support cost estimating and management across asset classes.

You will prepare cost management reports, interface with clients and other consultants, and assist with market research, feasibility studies, and life cycle costing. The role embraces input to knowledge databases, quality control, and ISO audits while offering a hybrid work arrangement.

Competenze

• Engineering / Construction Management Degree and/or Certification or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in cost estimating positions across all project phases.
• Membership in relevant professional organizations is a bonus (CIQS / RICS).
• Knowledge and proficiency with cost estimating tools.

Mansioni

• Preparing Cost Management reports for all asset classes.
• Interfacing with the client and other consultants, at all project stages.
• Assisting in research related to construction market conditions across Canada.
• Knowledge management – inputting key information into internal databases and sharing.
• Quality Control – ensuring compliance with quality standards and participating in ISO audits.
