Qualifications

• 4-5 years of MEP estimating experience, preferably in real estate.
• Membership in a relevant professional organization is a plus.
• Certifications like MRICS, PQS, or CCP are assets.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Mechanical/Electrical cost estimates and reports across Canada.
• Assist in market research and analysis of construction conditions.
• Support business development and proposal creation.
• Manage estimating, cost planning, and cost analysis for various projects.
• Lead client and consultant interactions for effective financial management.
• Oversee post-contract cost variances and monthly cost reports.
