Qualifications

• Entry-level Help Desk role supporting hardware, software, and devices.
• Familiarity with Windows 11 and macOS environments preferred.
• Understanding TCP/IP networking and security basics is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Respond to IT support requests via phone, email, chat, and ticketing systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Provide remote and on-site assistance to end users.
• Install and support desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices (Windows and Apple).
• Assist with Microsoft 365 and other business software.
