Job summary

Rhodar Limited is seeking a proactive HR Coordinator to join our HR team. The role covers recruitment, employee relations and HR administration, supporting lifecycle processes from onboarding to records management.

You will work with the Group HR Director and managers to deliver a high level of HR service. The ideal candidate has HR Admin/Coordination experience, solid knowledge of HR processes and employment law, and strong organisational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Has previous experience in an HR Administration / HR Coordination role.
• Has a good understanding of HR processes and employment law.
• Has previous experience supporting employee relations cases, particularly disciplinaries.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities across the Group.
• Provide administrative and coordination support for employee relations matters and advise managers.
• Support HR projects, policy updates and continuous improvement initiatives.
