Job summary

Services Routiers Unipro Ltée is seeking dynamic, organized dispatchers to coordinate specialized transport and towing operations across Montreal and surrounding areas. You will assign jobs to available units, track real-time movements, and maintain clear communication with drivers, customers, and partners to keep everything running smoothly.

Hybrid work is available, combining on-site collaboration with remote tasks.

Qualifications

• Experience in dispatching or a similar position (transportation, towing, or logistics).
• Excellent stress management and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good geographical knowledge of the area (Montreal and surrounding areas).
• Proficiency with computer tools (dispatch systems, GPS, etc.).
• Compressed schedule: possibility of completing the equivalent of full-time work in 3 days.

Responsibilities

• Handle requests for towing or transportation and assign jobs to available units.
• Track vehicle movements in real time via our geolocation system.
• Prioritize emergencies and optimize routes.
• Communicate with drivers to ensure operations run smoothly.
• Maintain accurate records and complete intervention forms.
• Provide professional, prompt, and courteous customer service.
• Collaborate with other dispatch team members and supervisors
