Job summary

CAA Club Group is seeking a dispatch-focused associate to coordinate tow, battery, and light service requests from a home-based role across multiple Canadian regions. You will route calls to contractors, monitor ETA and costs, and ensure service standards are met while handling calls in Ontario, Manitoba and other Atlantic provinces.

Ideal candidates bring customer service experience, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and a solid knowledge of geography across North America.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and dispatching preferred.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Strong knowledge of local and North American geography.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring safety of our members is paramount.
• Assigning, monitoring and executing incoming tow, battery and light service requests.
• Manually assigning and routing all tow and light service calls to the nearest contractor.
• Ensuring calls are redirected within the allotted time frame and meet standards.
• Monitoring progress of calls given to contractors in territory and rural areas.
• Clearing dispatched calls from system.
• Handling calls in South Central Ontario, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Newfoundland and PEI.
