Qualifications

• Excellent typing speed and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Maintain constant communication with drivers via phone and internal chat.
• Monitor and respond to operational emails in real-time.
• Manage dispatch operations, including real-time assignment changes and system updates.
• Coordinate and support cross-border shipments with ACE/ACI processes.
• Create and manage cross-border documentation (ACE/ACI).
• Communicate clearly with drivers performing domestic deliveries.
• Ensure compliance with driver Hours of Service regulations.
• Support customers and internal teams with timely updates and issue resolution.
• Utilize TMS software (AS400 experience a plus).
• Contribute to the development and adherence of operational procedures.

Schedule: On-site | 4 days on - 4 days off; 3:30 pm to 2h30 am; 1 hour break (Non-flexible)

XTL Transport is looking for a bilingual Dispatcher to join our dynamic operations team. This role is key to ensuring the smooth coordination of cross-border and domestic deliveries. We're seeking a candidate who is proactive, detail-oriented, and experienced in managing transportation logistics.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain constant communication with drivers via phone and internal chat
• Monitor and respond to operational emails in real-time
• Manage dispatch operations, including real-time assignment changes and system updates
• Coordinate and support cross-border shipments with a working understanding of ACE and ACI processes
• Create and manage cross-border documentation (ACE/ACI)
• Communicate clearly with drivers performing domestic deliveries
• Ensure compliance with driver Hours of Service regulations
• Support customers and internal teams with timely updates and issue resolution
• Utilize TMS software (experience with AS400 is an asset)
• Contribute to the development and adherence of operational procedures
