Job summary

Kenny U-Pull in Laval, Quebec, is seeking a dispatcher to plan and coordinate vehicle pickups at client locations. You will organize driver schedules, confirm pickup details, verify vehicle status, and relay information to drivers while collaborating with Call Center Agents, Branch Managers, Buyers and Drivers.

Responsibilities

• Plan and organize driver schedules.
• Confirm pickup details and vehicle status.
• Check towing availability and offer customers a timeslot.
• Complete order forms and other transactional documents.
• Answer internal customer calls and relay information to drivers.
• Work with Call Center Agents, Branch Managers, Buyers, and Drivers.

Job Description

We are currently seeking motivated individuals to join our dispatch team located in Laval, Quebec. As a dispatcher, you are responsible for planning and coordinating vehicle pick-ups at our client locations.

What you're responsible for:

• Planning and organizing driver schedules
• Confirming pickup details and vehicle status
• Checking towing availability and offering customers a timeslot
• Completing order forms and other transactional documents
• Answering internal customer calls and relaying detailed and accurate information to drivers
• Working collaboratively with internal partners including Call Center Agents, Branch Managers, Buyers, and Drivers

Qualifications
