Placements24 is seeking a Customer Relationship Officer in Kimberley, NA. This role focuses on building strong client relationships, addressing inquiries, and guiding clients through services and programs with empathy.

You will manage records in the CRM, resolve issues, and contribute to retention strategies. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in customer service, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative approach in a hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service, client relations, or a similar role.
• Excellent communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on client satisfaction.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and standard office applications.
• Ability to manage multiple client interactions simultaneously.
• A compassionate and patient demeanor.
• Understanding of community-based programs or non-profit operations is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment.
• Reside in or be able to commute regularly to Kimberley, Northern Cape.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant certifications or tertiary education are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing information about services.
• Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with clients through regular communication.
