Qualifications

• Master's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 8 years in strategic communications, corporate affairs or public relations.
• Proven ability to develop and implement complex communication strategies.
• Strong written, verbal and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of corporate reputation management and stakeholder engagement.
• Experience in large-scale industrial operations is advantageous.
• Proficiency in planning and executing across platforms.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities, with ability to advise senior leaders.
• Willing to relocate to Kimberley or based there.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement multi-channel communication strategies for the organization.

• Oversee internal and external communications, including press releases and reports.
