Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in recruitment consultancy with focus on senior/exec placements.
• Proven success placing Directors, VP and C-suite.
• Experience across multiple industry sectors."
• Strong networking and relationship management with senior professionals.
• Ability to work independently and manage high-priority searches.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for senior-level and executive positions.
• Develop strategic sourcing plans to attract leadership talent.
• Conduct interviews, reference checks, and behavioral evaluations.
• Build long-term client relationships and advise on talent needs.
• Mentor junior team members and support business development in Northern Cape region.
