Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil).
• Minimum GPA of 3.0.
• 0 to 2 years experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written).
• Strong interpersonal skills in communicating with a large team.
• Organizational and time management skills. Ability to prioritize and multi‑task.
• Thrive in a fast‑paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with engineering team members and engineering manager to maintain the engineering scopes work breakdown structure.
• Communicate changes/updates from the engineering team to other project groups (i.e. scheduling project controls, construction).
• Organize meetings (internal or client) as required by the engineering team and develops meeting minutes. Report on action items from engineering meetings for input to the Action Items register.
• Coordinate request for information to vendors/client as identified by the engineering team.
