Project Coordinator will support engineering scope management, coordinate between teams, and organize/record meetings. The role is hybrid, located in Pickering, with a focus on developing project coordination skills within a nuclear infrastructure context. Requirements include pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, GPA of 3.0, and 0–2 years of experience.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with a minimum GPA of 3.0.
• 0 to 2 years of experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written).
• Strong interpersonal skills for communicating with a large team.
• Organizational and time management skills; able to prioritize and multi-task.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with engineering team members and manager to maintain the engineering scopes WBS.
• Share changes from engineering to other project groups (scheduling, controls, construction).
• Organize meetings (internal or client) and develop meeting minutes; report action items.
• Coordinate RFI to vendors/clients identified by the engineering team.
