Job summary

Northbridge Financial Corporation is looking for a Claims Service Representative to join a fast-paced team handling incoming calls and setting up new claims. You will support Claims Adjusters, ensure data accuracy, and maintain a high standard of customer experience.

A hybrid work model offers flexibility with remote work options. The ideal candidate has post-secondary education in insurance, is on track for CIP if pursued, and has at least two years in frontline service with strong MS Office

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in an insurance-focused program or related field.
• Minimum 2 years in a front-line customer service or call center role.
• Experience with multiple systems and strong technical skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming inquiries and set up new claims on the front line.
• Provide prompt technical support to Claims Adjusters via telephone.
• Maintain data quality and meet service levels while delivering great customer experience.
