Northbridge Financial Corporation in Halifax is seeking a Senior Claims Service Representative to deliver exceptional client service, manage high call volumes, and support the FNOL process with professionalism.

You will mentor junior team members, coordinate financial and office tasks, ensure data quality, and partner with Claims Adjusters to resolve inquiries from insureds and brokers.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of administrative support experience.
• Experience with financial tasks (accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoice review, reconciliation).
• Fluently bilingual English/French is a definite asset.

Responsibilities

• Handle FNOL process and inquiries.
• Provide administrative and operational support to Claims Adjusters.
• Maintain data quality and coordinate financial/office services.
• Mentor junior Claims Service Representatives and support training.
