Job summary

Just Sales Jobs is seeking a Business Development Manager / Account Manager to sell electronics recycling services to municipalities, government programs, retailers, OEMs, and businesses across Alberta, focusing on Calgary and area. You’ll inherit Alberta accounts and prospect for new business, working 50% in the field and 50% in account management.

You’ll report to the Director, Recycling Services in a hybrid setup, with base salary in the 80k–95k CAD range plus commissions and bonuses.

Qualifications

• 5–15 years of B2B sales experience.
• Outside (field) sales experience with new business development and existing accounts.
• Experience selling recurring B2B services to municipalities, government, retailers, or ICI accounts.
• Experience selling to mid-management and VP/Director-level decision-makers over a 1–9 month sales cycle.
• Bachelor's degree and valid driver's license with own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• 50% New Business Development and 50% Account Management.
• Visit clients and prospects across the Calgary region and build your target list.
• Develop a territory plan and weekly schedule; coordinate with outbound sales, finance, and logistics.
• Represent the company at community events and manage ongoing client relationships.
• Occasional onsite work at the Airdrie facility; regular field visits and hybrid work setup.
