Swoon is seeking a Technical Recruiter to support AI, cloud, and enterprise technology initiatives. You will lead full-cycle recruiting for senior technical roles, build strong relationships with hiring managers, and drive pipelines across SaaS, AI, and cloud domains.

The role is hybrid with 3 days onsite per week in Toronto, 6-month contract with potential extension, and ASAP start. Previous experience with enterprise tech recruitment and stakeholder management is essential.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of recruiting experience in enterprise tech, SaaS, AI, cloud or professional services.
• Experience recruiting for senior technical roles such as Solution Architects or Enterprise Architects.
• Proven ability to build pipelines and manage multiple requisitions in fast-paced environments.

Responsabilités

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for senior technical positions (AI, Cloud, Enterprise Tech).
• Partner with hiring managers to understand needs, conduct intake, calibrate profiles.
• Develop sourcing plans to engage passive talent across SaaS, AI, cloud, and enterprise tech.
