Job summary

Senpilot is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to own full-cycle hiring for senior and staff engineers across the United States and Canada. This role partners with engineering leadership to identify, engage, and close top AI-forward technical talent in a fast-growing environment.

The position is hybrid with weekly in-person collaboration in our Toronto-area office and ongoing remote elements. You will leverage data-driven recruiting strategies and AI-enhanced tools to optimize the candidate

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, with a strong track record hiring senior and staff-level software engineers.
• Experience recruiting inside a fast-growing company, comfortable operating with ambiguity and shifting priorities.
• Hands-on experience sourcing and hiring inside the United States and Canada.
• Genuine enthusiasm for AI and comfort using AI tools in recruitment.

Responsibilities

• Build and run proactive sourcing strategies to identify and engage hard-to-find senior and staff developer talent, going beyond inbound applicants.
• Own full-cycle recruiting for senior and staff engineering roles, from intake through offer negotiation and close, partnering with engineering leadership at every stage.
• Represent Senpilot's mission and culture to senior technical candidates in competitive markets.
• Track pipeline health and hiring metrics, using data to continuously refine sourcing and process.
