Job summary

Swoon is seeking a Technical Recruiter to support AI, cloud, and enterprise technology initiatives. You will lead full-cycle recruiting for senior technical roles, build strong relationships with hiring managers, and drive pipelines across SaaS, AI, and cloud domains.

The role is hybrid with 3 days onsite per week in Toronto, 6-month contract with potential extension, and ASAP start. Previous experience with enterprise tech recruitment and stakeholder management is essential.

• Experience recruiting for senior technical roles such as Solution Architects or Enterprise Architects.

Technical Recruiter – AI & Enterprise Technology

Pay Rate: $55 CAD/hour

We are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to support a leading global enterprise technology organization experiencing significant growth across its AI, cloud, and enterprise solutions teams.

This position is ideal for a highly driven recruiter with experience hiring senior-level, customer-facing technical professionals within SaaS, enterprise software, cloud computing, AI, and professional services environments.

The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced recruiting environments, excels at building strong relationships with hiring managers, and can quickly develop high-quality talent pipelines while managing multiple requisitions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for senior technical positions, including AI Solution Architects, Enterprise Architects, Technical Consultants, Technical Advisors, and Professional Services Leaders.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs, conduct intake meetings, and calibrate candidate profiles.
• Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans to identify and engage passive technical talent across SaaS, AI, cloud, and enterprise technology organizations.
• Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while maintaining strong pipelines and meeting hiring targets.
• Lead weekly pipeline reviews and hiring forecasts with business stakeholders.
• Conduct competency-based interviews to evaluate technical qualifications, experience, and organizational fit.
• Collaborate with sourcing teams and recruiting coordinators to streamline hiring processes and resolve scheduling challenges.
• Provide hiring managers with market intelligence, recruiting insights, and recommendations.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of recruiting experience, preferably within enterprise technology, SaaS, AI, cloud, or professional services.
• Proven experience recruiting for technical positions such as Solution Architects, Enterprise Architects, Technical Consultants, Technical Account Managers, or similar roles.
• Strong background in high-volume recruiting within fast-paced technology organizations.
• Demonstrated success managing hiring manager relationships, profile calibration, candidate pipelines, and recruiting forecasts.
• Advanced sourcing experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, networking, and passive candidate engagement.
• Strong understanding of enterprise software, cloud technologies, AI/ML, and technical consulting functions.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, negotiation, and candidate engagement skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver quality candidates under tight deadlines.
• Must be able to work onsite in Toronto 3 days per week.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience recruiting within leading SaaS or enterprise technology companies.
• Background hiring senior technical professionals supporting customer-facing solutions and enterprise transformation.
• Familiarity with generative AI, LLMs, cloud architecture, CRM platforms, and enterprise data technologies.
• Experience using Workday, LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, GoodTime, Slack, and Google Workspace.
• Previous experience supporting rapidly growing technical teams or AI-focused organizations.
