Brodie League in Toronto is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full-cycle recruiting for both operational and corporate roles. You will build pipelines through sourcing channels, design Ashby workflows, and partner with hiring leaders to ensure an excellent candidate experience.

You will apply AI tools to sourcing, screening, scheduling, and reporting while maintaining human oversight and strong data hygiene. This role anchors at our Toronto HQ and requires in-office presence.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting across high-volume and corporate roles.
• Proven sourcing strength using Boolean/X-ray, outreach, and referrals.
• Experience configuring ATS workflows, automations, and reports.
• Able to balance fast tempo with sustainable workload.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for operational and corporate roles.
• Build talent pipelines through multiple sourcing channels.
• Design and optimize Ashby workflows and interview plans.
• Partner with hiring leaders to ensure a strong candidate experience.
• Apply AI tools while preserving human judgment in decisions.
• Track funnel metrics and improve time-to-fill performance.
• Collaborate with People team on approvals and onboarding.
