Job summary

TEKsystems in downtown Toronto is seeking a Recruiter Trainee who will begin in a hands-on training program and advance to a Recruiter role, managing the full recruiting cycle for IT consultants. You will build relationships, coach candidates on market trends, and use AI tools to source and qualify talent while collaborating with account managers on rates, locations, and timelines.

• Bachelor’s Degree or military experience or an associate degree with 3+ years in a customer-facing role.
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills with ethical standards.

Responsibilities

• Recruit IT consultants and manage the full recruiting cycle with strong client experience.
