A leading service provider in Durham Region is looking for a Sales Representative to join their Business Development team. In this role, you will generate new business through lead generation and networking while achieving sales goals. Ideal candidates will have sales experience, preferably in the HVAC industry, along with strong communication and organizational skills. Qualifications

  • 6 months to 3 years sales experience, preferably in Business to Business.
  • HVAC industry experience is ideal.
  • Access to a car and a valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

  • Generate new business through cold calling and research.
  • Contact potential clients through networking.
  • Negotiate with leads and introduce strategic alternatives.
  • Prepare promotional material for prospective clients.
  • Respond to sales inquiries and assess client needs.
  • Create proposals and deliver solutions to client needs.
  • Meet agreed upon KPI’s and sales targets.
  • Communicate sales activity to the Sales Manager.
  • Report on competitor activities.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities.
  • Participate in industry networking events.
