Kerr Controls Limited in Dartmouth, NS is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to support HVAC/R customers and manage daily account needs from our Dartmouth–Halifax area. You will provide product knowledge, quotes, and accurate order entry to help drive branch revenue and customer satisfaction.

We seek candidates with wholesale Inside Sales experience, HVAC/R knowledge, and strong computer skills. The role requires precise paperwork, proactive follow-up, and a positive, team-focused attitude.

Qualifications

• Wholesale Inside Sales experience required and HVAC/R product knowledge.
• Must possess intermediate computer skills and be detail-oriented.
• Ability to enter orders accurately and maintain paperwork.
• Strong communication and customer service mindset.
• Willingness to participate in training and maintain a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Provide knowledgeable product support for HVAC/R customers and handle daily account needs.
• Contribute to meeting sales targets and support branch revenue growth.
• Follow up with vendors on lead times and stock availability.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and suppliers.
• Enter orders, pricing, and follow up to ensure smooth transactions.
• Collaborate with outside sales to prepare quotes and track orders.
