Job summary

Master in Dartmouth, NS seeks an HVAC Branch Representative to manage customer relationships, process orders and quotations, and promote products to grow sales. You will collaborate with the inside/outside sales teams, source parts, and maintain inventory accuracy.

Ideal candidates have HVAC knowledge, strong communication, and multitasking abilities, with a willingness to work after-hours on-call as needed. A post-secondary or related HVAC qualification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional phone manner and customer service skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Good sales abilities and persuasiveness.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service in a wholesale distribution environment.
• Process orders and quotations and support sales team with requests.
• Manage all incoming calls and text messages professionally.
• Source parts and equipment with buying groups and suppliers.
• Build sustainable customer relationships through open communication.
• Conduct physical inventory and maintain accuracy and cleanliness.
