Kerr Controls Limited in Dartmouth, NS is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to support HVAC/R customers and manage daily account needs from our Dartmouth–Halifax area. You will provide product knowledge, quotes, and accurate order entry to help drive branch revenue and customer satisfaction.

We seek candidates with wholesale Inside Sales experience, HVAC/R knowledge, and strong computer skills. The role requires precise paperwork, proactive follow-up, and a positive, team-focused attitude.

Qualifications

• Wholesale Inside Sales experience required and HVAC/R product knowledge.
• Must possess intermediate computer skills and be detail-oriented.
• Ability to enter orders accurately and maintain paperwork.
• Strong communication and customer service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide knowledgeable product support for HVAC/R customers and handle daily account needs.

We have an immediate opening for a dynamic, dedicated, andhighly motivated Inside Sales Representative working from our Dartmouth, NSlocation.

Responsibilities

• Provideknowledgeable product support and basic solutions for HVAC/R customers andday-to-day account needs.
• Contributeto meeting sales targets and support overall branch revenue growth.
• Followup with vendors on lead times, stock availability, etc.
• Buildand maintain positive working relationships with customers and suppliers.
• Completeaccurate order entry, pricing, and follow-up to support smooth customertransactions.
• Workclosely with the outside sales team to help prepare quotes, enter and trackcustomer sales orders, and ensure timely follow-up and support.
• Competentcomputer skills with experience using sales, inventory, and customer managementsoftware.
• Participatein training and development activities and support the onboarding of new teammembers when required.
