Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a versatile HR Generalist to join our client’s growing team, supporting operations remotely and based in or around Kimberley. The role covers employee relations, recruitment coordination, benefits administration, and policy implementation.

You will help foster a positive work environment by advising employees and managers, maintaining accurate HR records in HRIS, and contributing to engagement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline.
• 3-5 years of experience as an HR Generalist.
• Solid understanding of Canadian labor laws and HR best practices.
• Experience with HR Information Systems (HRIS).
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
